Spiritual direction is a sacred and intentional space for prayerful listening, reflection, and conversation. It’s a one-on-one journey where you’re invited to explore your relationship with God in the presence of a trained spiritual director.

In these sessions, we pause to notice how the Holy Spirit might be moving in your everyday life. As spiritual directors, we come alongside you with compassion, prayer, and presence—offering space to listen deeply, discern, and grow in your connection with God.

Both of us, Herb and I, offer individual sessions rooted in this sacred listening. While our styles may differ slightly, our shared desire is to accompany you on your unique spiritual journey.

Spiritual Direction is open to anyone seeking a deeper relationship with God. It represents a shift from merely talking about God to delving into one's personal experiences with God.

Through the process of Spiritual Direction, individuals gain a heightened awareness of God's presence in their lives, leading to spiritual growth and development.

Spiritual Direction sessions involve meeting one on one for 50-60 minutes, typically once a month.

These sessions provide a welcoming, safe, and confidential space for individuals to pause and reflect on the movements of God in their life.

My fee for each one-hour session is $85.

I also offer a reduced rate of $65 for Emmaus students and those in full-time ministry.
